All the individual products of our small company have slight differences between them due to the specific features of manual processing, so the photographs shown on the web-site for each item are for guidance only.
All prices include VAT.
All items on the PRODUCTS page are available in the time given in the description beside the picture of the particular item. Generally within 14 days, the item is produced and delivered to the carrier for shipment. The carrier 'takes 3 days for delivery in Italy + 6 in the case of other EU countries.
In the case of orders for several pieces we recommend the customer always contacts us by phone or email to verify the actual stock availability. In the absence of contact the owner, Gianluigi Sio, is not responsible if the quantity ordered is greater than the actual availability. Days indicated are business days, however, you must also take into account any delays to orders received between 1st August and 30th August and between 20th December and 6th January, at such times the raw material are not available from the suppliers. The transport to your home or location of your business is via courier BARTORINI (BRT) o Poste Italiane, transport costs are standard and described in the terms of payment.
Customers will be notified by Email on the day of dispatch of the material ordered, any change of address, must be communicated to us within 48 hours of the shipment date of the items.
In order to assist the courier to be punctual with delivery please indicate your mobile phone number and an email address, this is because after two failed attempts to deliver the goods items will be returned to stock and to retrieve the order there is a penalty charge of 20€ per package.
